MX Builders self-performs the civil and sitework scope that precedes vertical construction — clearing, earthwork, excavation, grading, and erosion control — as an in-house capability that carries straight into our ground-up commercial and design-build projects, and as a standalone scope for property owners, developers, and GCs who just need the site prepped right.
